Step by step registration procedure for exchange incoming students
You have decided to do part of your studies at Cergy-Pontoise University. You will find below ‘a step by step’ procedure to register and to apply for a university residence.
Once you have been nominated officially by your university, you need to send in an Application form (electronic and printed version) before the following deadlines :
- May 31, 2014, for students coming for the 1st semester or full academic year.
- October 31, 2014, for students coming for the 2nd semester.
For establishing your study abroad learning agreement (page 2), you can contact the coordinator of your respective department.

Students who are not residents of the European Union, after sending their application forms, will receive an invitation letter from Cergy-Pontoise University which is necessary to apply for a student visa.
